Integrated Crowdfunding Campaign & Fundraising Toolkit
Lead strategist, content creator, and campaign manager
Lead strategist, content creator, and campaign manager
I led a month-long online crowdfunding campaign supporting student scholarships, developing the visual identity, messaging, and multimedia assets while managing the live campaign page. The project focused on making participation easy for faculty, students, and staff, and on connecting donors to real student impact through intentional storytelling, video, and design.
I created the campaign branding, including logos and short-form video content used to launch the crowdfunding effort. These assets established a clear visual identity and were designed to be flexible across social platforms, email, and the crowdfunding site while keeping the campaign visually fresh throughout the month.
To support a month-long crowdfunding campaign, I developed a shareable fundraising toolkit for faculty, students, and staff. The toolkit included ready-to-use social graphics, profile images, story templates, and a QR code, along with clear guidance on how and when to use each asset. The goal was to make participation easy and consistent across personal and institutional platforms.
I managed the crowdfunding page and curated the rotating banner carousel, combining student quotes with campaign visuals and a benefit concert promotion. The carousel was updated strategically over the course of the campaign to highlight impact, maintain momentum, and give repeat visitors new reasons to engage.
I produced and released a series of short video interviews featuring scholarship students speaking about the impact of giving. These videos were scheduled intentionally throughout the campaign to reinforce the human side of fundraising and connect donor support directly to student excellence and opportunity.
This campaign combined strategic planning, visual storytelling, and hands-on campaign management to keep momentum strong throughout a full month of giving.
Integrated Concert Promotion & Program Design
I led the creative development and execution of an integrated promotional campaign for this opera performance of "Suor Angelica" and "Gianni Schicchi" by Giacomo Puccini, shaping a cohesive visual and editorial identity across marketing, program materials, and press support. The goal was to reflect the drama and artistry of the work while driving awareness, attendance, and audience connection.
Visual Identity & Poster Design: Created a striking poster that anchored the campaign and captured the tone and narrative of the opera.
Advertising Assets: Designed print and digital ads aligned with the campaign’s visual identity to expand reach and support ticket sales.
Digital Promotion Assets: Developed coordinated graphics for social media and email marketing to build momentum and drive engagement.
Event Program: Produced a polished, audience-focused program that enhanced the in-hall experience and reinforced the production’s visual language.
Performance Photography: Captured live performance images to document the event and support future promotion and archival use.
Press Coordination: Organized a press call and supported media outreach to increase visibility within the local arts community.
